Its firing button also functions as a high-strength plunge-lock mechanism and is backed up by a positive secondary safety that functions in both the open and closed positions. This allows the button to be positioned slightly higher for easy operation with either hand or even while wearing gloves. This version of the MPAK features a plain-edged tanto-style blade, a Milspec-anodized aircraft aluminum handle, and four-position spring steel pocket clip that supports left or right-side tip-up or tip-down carry. This dynamic automatic knife is the ideal choice for serious duty.
