There is no such method of rapid success. Anything or any method requires time to be tested and adjusted. 01 Expand channelsWhen you find that others are also selling your products, for example, if you have one stall, can you consider setting up two stalls? In addition to setting up a stall yourself, you can also recruit agents, supply goods to other channels, do online group buying, take-out, etc. This is also true on Taobao and Pinduoduo. While others open one store, you open five or ten stores. The essence of broadening channels is to increase exposure and intercept traffic. There is a very small case where the owner of a supermarket in a community sells vegetables. In addition to selling them in his own store, he also asked his parents to take some of the vegetables to sell on the street at the entrance of the community. You see, this is a classic case of broadening the channel. 02 Making a DifferenceIf you are selling women's clothing and others are also selling women's clothing, then you can differentiate your products in terms of pricing and styles. If you are selling braised food and others are also selling braised food, you can differentiate your products in terms of taste and variety. Even if you are selling exactly the same product, you can give some extra benefits, or offer points, membership, maintenance, etc. 03 Become an expertWhy do ordinary barbers and head barbers have different prices when they both cut hair in a barber shop? Because in the minds of users, head barbers are considered experts. Why do the same products have different sales in different live broadcast rooms? Even many brands’ own live broadcast rooms do not sell as well as some small bloggers with tens of thousands of fans, because users think bloggers are more professional. So many people, whether they are buying a car, a house, or going out for fun, will search for guides and read bloggers’ explanations because they think others are more professional. This is also the reason why famous teachers, famous doctors and famous brands are so popular. Then you can also improve your endorsement through various means such as professional exams, publishing books, participating in competitions, and creating your own media. 04 Formation IdentificationThey are both stores, but one has only one doorfront, while the other has eye-catching exterior decorations. At this time, users will see the second one first. If you take a look offline, you will see that from Lianjia, Yuanji Dumplings to KFC and Mixue Bingcheng, the stores of these brands all have very obvious identification signs. Even if you are setting up a stall to sell fruits, while others put up a small sign, you hang a flag, and there is a clear difference. There are two purposes for forming recognition: one is to attract other people's attention, and the other is to continuously strengthen brand awareness. 05 Build a private domainWhen everyone is waiting for traffic and doing one-time traffic, you should find a way to reuse your traffic. Building a private domain is a good solution. Import your users into your WeChat groups, Moments, and official accounts. Why do private domain marketing? It is to carry out more precise marketing, to intercept consumer traffic, and to reach consumers repeatedly! 06 Providing servicesMany people easily fall into a misunderstanding, thinking that services are only available to customers with high average order value, and there is no service for customers with low average order value. So they think, what kind of service do you want from me if I set up a stall? What kind of service do you want from me if I open a small shop? What kind of service do you want from me if I open a shop selling fruits? This is because everyone has a wrong understanding of service. They think that service must be lavish and cost a lot of money. In fact, the services in different scenarios and for different products are completely different. For example, if you sell roasted sweet potatoes, giving others a thicker bag is a service, and giving others two napkins is a service. If you search for wholesale spoons online, the cost of one is only ten cents. It would be much more convenient if you could give a spoon to every customer who bought a roasted sweet potato. This is service. The quality of this product is already very good, and if it were made of plastic, the price would be even lower. If you have a service, or your service is better than others, of course others will be willing to pay you. 07. Continuous IterationWhether it’s the products you sell or the services you provide, they must be iterated and upgraded. While your competitors are still selling two or three products, you have already enriched your product categories. While your competitors are still asking customers to pick up their items themselves, you can already provide pre-orders and even door-to-door delivery. This is also the reason why new products are launched every month and every quarter, whether it is restaurants, mobile phones, computers, or cars. The core is to meet users' new consumption needs and provide more competitive products. 08. Share FeedbackIf you want to sell things yourself, you must not only have a good reputation as Tap Water, but also have the confidence of Wang Po selling melons. Why do some time-honored brands put up banners? Why do they put up photos of their users? TV interviews? Rankings on various platforms? The purpose is to tell users that my product is better. So whether it is our circle of friends, community or offline stores, we must share user feedback. One customer's feedback is often more valuable than ten words from you. In addition, there are many other methods that can help us build marketing advantages and promote user transaction conversions. But again, marketing is not something that can be achieved overnight. It is a continuous process of building trust and matching needs, and everyone needs to be patient. |
