Overseas transit warehouses are only responsible for receiving consumer returns and do not ship goods. SHEIN's inventory in overseas transit warehouses is about 10 million pieces, about 150,000 SKUs.

In addition, SHEIN has operation warehouses in Hong Kong, Belgium, Delhi, Northeastern United States and Western United States, which are responsible for the distribution in their radiation areas. Overseas operation warehouses roughly contract 5% of global shipments.

Shein has two self-operated international sites, SHEIN and ROMWE, 9 sites in small languages, IOS mobile terminals, and Android mobile terminals. It has established five customer service management centers around the world and a customer service team of more than 200 people to quickly solve problems during the purchase and after-sales process. Relying on its own strong IT technical strength, SHEIN independently develops IT support systems for the backends of various businesses, uses IT technology to improve business efficiency, combines the characteristics of cross-border e-commerce, and continuously optimizes business processes to make each business link seamlessly connected.

The shein platform has its own logistics and delivery model. Different methods have different advantages and disadvantages. Everyone can make some choices according to their needs.
