If it is prompted that one of your store link, mobile phone number, email address, license, etc. has been entered, then this set of information is basically invalid (this set of information refers to license, ID card, mobile phone number, email address, store link, transaction flow, etc.).

Of course, you can also appeal to Shopee. If the first instance is rejected, you will need to shoot a video when submitting materials for the second instance.

2. Some people may ask, if the second trial still fails, can I still submit it?

Yes, there are three chances in total. Of course, it is recommended to pass the second trial in one try.

After the second review of the information is passed by Shopee, the review team will send an email with the subject "welcomeonboard". After receiving this email, you must register in time and open a store as soon as possible. The link is valid for 7 working days and expires.

The legal person information, that is, the legal person information on the license, should never be uploaded with other people's information. For example, if you use the license of your family or friends, but upload your own information here, the registration will definitely fail. When uploading, you must pay attention to keep it clear and avoid any obstruction, otherwise it will trigger the second review, which is very troublesome.

3. Regarding the mobile phone number, it must be a real-name number. It does not have to be under the name of the legal person, but it must be a real-name number. Do not use a virtual mobile phone number to register a store. Sometimes after you submit your registration, the platform will call you for verification. If you see it, do not hang up.

If we fail to contact you for three consecutive times, your registration may have failed. Although the chance of this phone call is relatively small, it does happen. Please pay more attention to it. For QQ number, it is best not to use a new number. It is best to have one that is more than one month old. For email, you can just use the QQ email address.

If you fail to register with Shopee, you can apply again. If you reapply with different account information, you must change all of it, including the legal person company’s phone and email address, so everyone must understand it clearly before registering, because applying again is also very troublesome.
