2. What are the return rules?

1. Product is incomplete/damaged/defective/wrong/counterfeit = Buyer can initiate return/refund.

2. After the buyer makes a request, Shopee will automatically assign a specialist to review it.

3. If the review fails, the buyer's request will be rejected and the seller will receive the funds.

4. If the review is passed, the seller must submit evidence within 1 day.

5. After the Commissioner has evaluated the evidence of the buyer and seller:

a. If the buyer's request is not approved, the seller receives the funds.

b. If the buyer's request is approved, the seller may consider return/refund or just refund.

If the cost of repairing or returning the product exceeds the value of the product, the seller can negotiate with the buyer for a refund without returning the product.

a. If the seller does not need to return the goods, the seller can negotiate with the buyer before the buyer sends the goods back for a refund without return. The seller can negotiate with the buyer for a full refund (Full Refund) or a partial refund (Partial Refund). The buyer and seller can negotiate the amount or the seller can modify the offer up to 3 times. Both parties must accept/reject/counter-offer within 1 day. If there is no response within 1 day, the buyer must return the goods. If the negotiation between the two parties is successful, the seller will refund the money and the buyer will not return the goods.

b. If the seller needs to return the goods, the buyer must send the goods back within 5 days. If the buyer does not send the goods back within 5 days, the return/refund request will be automatically cancelled. After the buyer sends the goods back, if the seller is dissatisfied with the judgment result/there is a problem with the returned goods (such as not receiving the goods, receiving the wrong/incomplete/damaged/defective goods), he can initiate a dispute within 3 days after receiving the return.

The return rate depends on the merchant's service, quality, and cost-effectiveness. Carefully read and understand the platform rules, improve the quality of your products, optimize store services, and choose logistics reasonably. I believe that the return rate of your products on Shoppe will be greatly reduced!
