Orders paid by the buyer after 14:00 on the same day will be delivered to the buyer within 6 working days (within 6 working days from the day after the order is generated, including Saturdays).

Most products that can use existing door-to-door pickup channels are eligible for 5DD. However, to ensure that 5DD products can be delivered to buyers on time, the following types of products are not eligible:

Products shipped from Hong Kong warehouse (HKWH)

Goods shipped from Nanning Warehouse (NNWH)
