In order to help incubated sellers grow rapidly in the Malaysian site, Shopee will launch the "Incubated Migration Seller Advertising Gold Incentive Program" from September 1, 2022.

As part of the program, Shopee will refund the seller’s order commission based on the first month after entering the Malaysian site, and the commission will be paid to your advertising account in the form of advertising funds (the rebate does not include VAT rate), which will be valid for 30 days.

A "Completed Order" only occurs in any of the following situations:

What are the conditions for account transfer?

Sellers whose first store is not in Malaysia but opened a second store in Malaysia on September 1, 2022.

Sellers who are still within the 120-day incubation rebate period starting from the date of first opening a store (at any site).

Sellers who meet the above conditions will be selected for this event by default and can view the bonus in the Seller Center.

What are the rules of the event?

The advertising incentives will be directly credited to your account. You only need to use them in the seller center, and any overdue unused incentives will be removed from your account.

What are the precautions?

1. The bonus is valid for 30 days from the date of receipt. If the bonus is not used up within the expiration date, it will be removed from your account. If you receive a total of $100 in bonuses this month, if you spend more than $100 within 30 days after the bonus is received, it will be considered to have been fully used; if you only spend $70 within 30 days after the bonus is received, the remaining $30 in bonus will be automatically removed by the system.

2. Between the bonus and your actual recharge, the system will give priority to the bonus.
