The seller accepts cancellation Once the buyer presses the cancel order button, the Shopee system will notify the seller, and the seller must respond whether to accept the cancellation of the order. The seller accepts the cancellation after the order has been paid/passed the cash on delivery review 24 hours later, or the order number has been applied for/the logistics tracking code has been entered on the Shopee system, and the goods have not yet been shipped. If you accept the buyer's request, the Shopee system will cancel the order immediately If you reject the buyer's request, the order will return to the "pending shipment" status and the seller can continue with the shipment operation. If Shopee cancels an order, you need to cancel the order yourself through the chat function before shipment.
