Orders canceled by sellers = automatic cancellation by the platform (especially cancellation due to late delivery) + manual cancellation by sellers + orders canceled by buyers due to sellers’ responsibility + return and refund orders

For example: The number of orders canceled by sellers during the incubation period = 2. At this time, the total number of orders of the seller during the incubation period reaches 100 to meet the graduation criteria.

5. The store cannot have infringing or counterfeit goods.

1. The second site: The Malaysian site has 100 products and orders are placed, with no imitations or fakes.

2. The third site: All the stores that have been opened at the site are active stores, and the stores have received orders for one week in a row.

Note 1: If necessary, one site (MY\TH\PH\ID\TW\SG) can have up to 3 stores per site during the incubation period.
