Import the information of the material identification card into the label printing software through the database, supporting multiple database types such as TXT, Excel, MySQL, etc.

To add fixed content on the material identification card, draw a normal text in the label printing software, and manually enter "Material Identification Card" in the properties of the normal text - data source. The rest of the "Product Name", "Material Number", "Specifications", "Quantity" and "Date" are added in this way.

To add variable data on the material identification card, you also need to create ordinary text, modify the data in the data source, select database import as the data object type, and import all relevant material identification card data one by one.

Print preview to check the material identification card. If there is no problem, you can connect the printer to print in the label printing software, and you can also output PDF document for saving.

It is not recommended to handwrite Shopee's identification card, because this gives others the opportunity to tamper with it. It is better to make the identification card by printing. If you have never created a new identification card, you can find relevant identification card templates on the Internet and then create your own identification card.
