1. Keyword matching

There are two types of matching: broad matching and exact matching. Exact matching means that the keywords you set will be displayed only when they are exactly the same as the keywords searched by the buyer. Broad matching means that the keywords set by the buyer include the keywords you set, and they will also be displayed.

For example, if you set the keyword as mobile phone case, with exact match, you will be displayed only when the buyer searches for mobile phone case. If you set it as broad match, you will also be displayed when the buyer searches for Apple mobile phone case. Does it seem that broad match is more cost-effective?

Actually, it is not. Although broad matching seems to get more traffic, it may also get a lot of invalid traffic and cause the advertising cost to be too high. When buyers search for vivo phone cases, you are also displayed, but your product is not what buyers want at all. Buyers may also click to take a look without buying, without knowing that your advertising fees are quietly lost at this time.

Therefore, the rational use of keyword matching is the core of the core. The strategy I give you is to start with broad matching, then look at the advertising report every day to see which word most buyers enter the product page through, then turn on precise matching for this word, and gradually remove broad matching to save costs and increase efficiency.

3. Bidding strategy

After choosing the words and selecting the matching method based on whether it is the first time to advertise, we can start bidding, and the bidding strategy is also the top priority in advertising.

If there are no orders on the Shopee platform, then you can optimize it. You need to start with operations and promotions. For example, the selection and use of promotion tools should be based on the situation of your own store.
