How to close Amazon pre-sale? How to set up pre-sale?

How to close Amazon pre-sale? How to set up pre-sale?

In addition to spot goods, Amazon merchants can also set up pre-sales. Generally, pre-sales are set up during peak seasons to avoid out-of-stock and non-sale. So how can Amazon turn off the pre-sale function?

1. How to close Amazon pre-sale?

There are two ways to solve this problem: one is to stop selling the product directly; the other is to cancel the pre-sale function. Generally speaking, if the pre-sale volume of a product exceeds the expected volume, Amazon will give up the pre-sale.

I believe everyone is familiar with the way to stop selling, but many sellers may not know how to cancel the pre-sale. In fact, it is also very simple. Just click the link in the background to cancel the pre-sale.

You can choose to suspend or activate the Amazon inventory pre-sale function page. Both will take 48 hours to update the current status. It takes 72 hours to create a shipment after confirming the suspension, and buyers will not be able to find and purchase the product before the product arrives at the fulfillment center.

2. How to set up Amazon pre-sale?

1. Log in to Amazon Seller Central and select "Pre-sale Management".

2. Click "Create Pre-sale" and fill in the relevant information of the pre-sale product, including product name, pre-sale price, pre-sale time, etc.

3. After confirming that the pre-sale information is correct, click "Save and Submit for Review".

4. Wait for Amazon to review the pre-sale product information, and after the review is passed, set the pre-sale status to "Start pre-sale".

5. During the pre-sale period, update the information of pre-sale products in a timely manner, keep in touch with customers, and answer their questions.

6. After the pre-sale is over, deliver the goods in time and follow up the orders to ensure customer satisfaction.

It should be noted that Amazon has strict requirements for pre-sale products. Sellers need to provide reliable supply and delivery plans to ensure that the products can be delivered to customers on time. At the same time, sellers need to comply with Amazon's pre-sale policies and regulations and must not mislead consumers or violate consumer rights.

In general, if Amazon wants to close pre-sales, it can just choose to pause or activate on the Amazon inventory pre-sale function page. Or it can directly stop selling the product.
