Shopee’s free shipping program supports sellers to apply on their own, except for Singapore and Brazil.

Shopee's free shipping campaign refers to free shipping on items sold on Shopee. Many new Shopee merchants think that free shipping means that the seller can get free shipping directly after sending the items. In fact, this free shipping is actually the buyer's free shipping, so the buyer does not need to pay for shipping after receiving the coupon and placing an order. The seller still needs to bear the corresponding shipping costs, but will receive corresponding shipping deductions and refunds. If a Shopee merchant is participating in the Shopee free shipping campaign, but is still deducted for shipping, it is generally due to the following two reasons:

1. Generally, there is a threshold for free shipping. For example, the free shipping on the Malay site is 19 RM. If you buy goods over 19 RM, you can get free shipping. But free shipping means getting a free shipping coupon to deduct the shipping fee. This free shipping coupon usually has a limit on the amount. Taking the Malay site as an example, if the product weight is below 800g, the general shipping fee is 5.2 RM, and you can directly deduct it with a free shipping coupon. If the freight of the goods is very high, the freight is tens of RM, then your corresponding free shipping coupon cannot deduct that much, so the remaining deduction is still the shipping fee that the buyer needs to pay.

2. The second situation is also very common, that is, the buyer does not use the free shipping coupon and directly places the order. So naturally there is no free shipping. If your store meets the requirements of the relevant activities, the relevant activities will be directly carried out in the seller center of the Shopee platform-shown in my marketing activities. For merchants, the advantages of participating in this activity are still very obvious, so you must participate.

Shopee's free shipping event actually means that if you buy goods during this event, then some goods that require shipping costs can be purchased. At this time, the merchant will bear the cost by himself, and you don't need to pay extra shipping costs.
