Shopee Malaysia’s logistics channel will be launched on April 1

Shopee Malaysia will automatically open the following SLS logistics channels for eligible products or stores on April 1, 2024 (local time): Self Collection (Shopee Xpress) and Economy Delivery (Sea Shipping). The specific channels to be opened are subject to the actual opening of the store.

After the logistics channel is opened, sellers are not supported to close the logistics channel of the store. Sellers can close the logistics channel of related products according to actual conditions. The opening of this channel does not involve sellers hiding prices and fee changes. If you wish to close the Self Collection (Shopee Xpress) customer pickup channel or the Economy Delivery (Sea Shipping) channel, you can set the logistics channel for a single product in your store in [Store Products >> Shipping Fees].

3. How can I check whether my store or product is available through the above channels?

Store logistics channel query: Go to [China Seller Center >> Logistics Settings], you can check the logistics channel activation status in [Logistics Channel].

Product logistics channel query: Go to [China Seller Center >> Store Products >> Shipping Fees], you can check the logistics channel activation status of a single product.
