1. Routes (Please note: There is no return or re-dispatch service for the three channels)

2. Billing method

(1) The lifting weight of the three channels is 100g. If it is less than 100g, it will be charged as 100g;

(2) The actual weight of the package is calculated by comparing it with the volumetric weight. The volumetric weight is calculated as follows: length * width * height cm / bubble coefficient = KG;

(3) The freight rate displayed on the platform shall prevail after the actual weighing at the warehouse;

3. Goods delivery attributes:

(1) American Standard Line (General) - HX:

① Only accept general goods, and do not accept any branded or infringing products;

② Prohibited items such as live or pure electricity, liquid powder, alcohol, perfume, nail polish, chemicals, knives, matches, lighters, laser pens, drugs, firearms and ammunition are not accepted.

③ Refuse to accept goods that cannot be mailed or are restricted from mailing according to the relevant terms of international air transportation and the regulations of the US Customs. Including but not limited to all cosmetics, tobacco, electronic cigarettes, alcohol, prescription drugs, knives, matches, lighters, laser pens, liquids, powders, pastes, drugs, ammunition, alcohol, perfume, nail polish, aerosols, bleach, swimming pool chemicals, paint and other products.

(2) American Standard Dedicated Line (General + Electric + Special) - HX

① Accept bags, shoes, clothes, electronic products, and paste cosmetics (do not accept powder/perfume/liquid and natural hot pot);

② Refuse to accept products that cannot be mailed or are restricted from mailing according to the relevant terms of international air transportation and the regulations of the U.S. Customs. Including but not limited to all cosmetics, tobacco, electronic cigarettes, alcohol, prescription drugs, knives, matches, lighters, laser pens, liquids, powders, pastes, drugs, ammunition, alcohol, perfume, nail polish, aerosols, bleach, swimming pool chemicals, paint and other products.

(3) British Standard Line (General + Electric + Special) - HX

① Only accept bags, shoes, clothes, products with internal electricity and magnetism, etc.;

② It is prohibited to send prohibited items and sensitive items (including goods prohibited from import locally) such as mobile phones, tablet computers, liquids (such as perfume), knives, powders, medicines, flammable and explosive dangerous goods, tobacco and alcohol, cash and securities, firearms and ammunition.

③ Glass products are not accepted;

4. Packaging size requirements

(1) American Standard Special Line (General)-HX, American Standard Special Line (General + Electric + Special)-HX Channel:

① Minimum size limit: 15×10×2cm

② Maximum size limit: Single side length ≤ 55CM

③ (length + 2 × width + 2 × height) ≤ 120CM

④ We do not accept irregular products such as cylindrical ones; round goods, triangular packaging, goods with protrusions on the main body of the goods, goods with unstable bottoms, goods with multiple packages tied together to form oversized goods, and goods packaged in special sacks, bags, or barrels;

(2) British Standard Line (General + Electric + Special) - HX Channel:

① The longest side shall not exceed 60cm;

② Independent non-transparent packaging;

5. Compensation Standards

If the goods are lost after entering the warehouse, the freight will be refunded + compensation of 40 yuan/KG will be paid after confirmation of loss or customs detention at home and abroad.

(1) American Standard Special Line (General)-HX, American Standard Special Line (General + Electric + Special)-HX Channel:

① We do not provide delivery services to Amazon warehouse addresses, affiliated islands, PO.BOX and military addresses;

② Refuse to accept goods with a declared value exceeding USD800/ticket;

③ The order data must contain detailed and authentic English product names, and general, vague, or ambiguous product names such as "clothes", "toys", "XX products", or "XX supplies" are not allowed;

(2) British Standard Line (General + Electric + Special) - HX Channel:

① We do not provide delivery services to Amazon warehouse addresses and European affiliated islands.

② Goods with a declared value exceeding 15GBP (18USD) will not be accepted. When the declared value exceeds 15 pounds, 22% VAT will be generated. The tax will be paid by the seller, and the actual fee will be charged separately after it is generated and confirmed;
