Announcement on Wish and Qoo10 sales integration

Qoo10’s acquisition of Wish has now been completed. Qoo10 Pte. Ltd. currently owns and operates the Wish platform and all ContextLogic subsidiaries related to the Wish e-commerce platform.

Qoo10 Group operates multiple global websites (such as Qoo10.com, Qoo10.sg, TMON, Wemakeprice, InterPark, etc.), covering Singapore, South Korea and the United States. Wish will do its best to ensure that the entire integration process is seamless. Therefore, Wish will open the integration channel to all merchants in batches, and merchants will receive corresponding announcements and more detailed information later.
