Amazon tracking code is equivalent to our domestic logistics order number, through which you can check where the logistics is. Amazon requires sellers to enter the carrier name and tracking information during shipment creation from October 1, 2021. For parcel shipments, each box needs to provide a tracking code; for LTL and full truckload shipments, each shipment needs to provide a freight progressive number.

Tracking codes can be added later, but they must be filled in before the goods arrive at Amazon, otherwise it will affect the defect rate of lost tracking information. Appointment ID or FBA shipment number cannot replace PR O; sellers who ship from Yinghe. The tracking code can be directly filled in with the Yinghe waybill number, that is, the waybill number starting with YHE. 2. Mobile phone mode:

(1) Follow Amazon SHOPBOP WeChat subscription account, click [User Service] - [Package Tracking] - enter the order number. (This method is applicable to orders placed by international express and international postal express);

(2) Customers using iPhone, iPad or Android can directly download the Shopbop APP and click [Orders] - [My Orders] to check their orders.

(3) Browse the official website on mobile phone, click [Account] - [Personal Account] - [Order History], and you can also check the package logistics.
