Changes to the penalty standards for late shipment rate (LSR) Starting from January 15, 2024 (Beijing time), the late shipment rate (LSR) standard for all markets will be changed from 10% to 20%. That is, the store will only generate late shipment rate penalty points when the proportion of late shipment orders in the week reaches 20% or more.
