Alibaba International Station Updates Privacy Policy

In order to better protect the legitimate rights and interests of Alibaba International Station members, the platform has updated the "Alibaba International Station Privacy Policy". The change was announced on October 14, 2022 and will take effect on October 21, 2022.

The announcement shows that the updates of this version include: updating the "Instructions on collecting and using information by third-party SDKs"; updating the "Operating system permission application and usage".

Alibaba International Station also recently issued an announcement on the changes to the "Alibaba International Station Transaction Violation Penalty Rules". The "Alibaba International Station Transaction Violation Penalty Rules" were changed on September 23, 2022, and the changes will officially take effect on October 8, 2022.

Before the change, if the buyer or seller provided forged, false, altered evidence or used other people's credentials during dispute negotiation or dispute mediation, the seller would be deducted 12 points each time. If the buyer has the above behavior, Alibaba International Station will make a judgment on the severity of the incident, and the punishment methods include but are not limited to closing the account.

If the seller's violations are deemed serious by the Alibaba platform and endanger the healthy operation of the platform, Alibaba has the right to directly take measures including closing the seller's account.

After the change, if the buyer or seller provides forged, false, altered evidence or impersonates other people's credentials during dispute negotiation or dispute mediation, the seller will be deducted 12 points each time. If the buyer commits the above-mentioned acts, Alibaba International Station will make a judgment on the severity of the incident, and the punishment methods include but are not limited to closing the account.

If the seller's violations are deemed serious by the Alibaba platform and endanger the healthy operation of the platform, Alibaba has the right to directly take measures including closing the seller's account.

If the seller is unable to provide the corresponding complete and valid delivery certificate as required by the platform during the transaction, or fails to meet the platform's performance requirements, the seller will be deducted 1 point each time.
