What is the use of Shopee's preferred seller?

The sellers on the Shopee platform can be divided into two types: ordinary buyers and preferred sellers, just like the sellers with a few hearts and crown sellers on Taobao. When we shop, we often feel that new sellers are not good, and when buying, we give priority to diamond or crown stores. The same is true for Shopee.

However, it is not very difficult to become a preferred seller on Shopee. It is easier than getting the crown on Taobao. When we become a preferred seller, our store avatar and products will have the "Shopee Preferred" logo. We can use the Shrimp Coins earned from shopping to get cash back at preferred stores. What are the criteria for selecting preferred sellers?

1. Net order quantity (in the past 30 days) ≥ 50.

2. Non-returning customers (in the past 30 days) ≥ 30.

3. Store rating ≥ 4.5.

4. The order uncompleted rate (past 7 days) is lower than 14.99%

5. Delayed shipment rate (past 7 days) < 14.99%

6. Chat response rate ≥ 75%

7. Number of days when the proportion of pre-ordered goods exceeds 10%: 0 days.

8. Store score = 0.

If the store has met the preferred seller conditions, it will receive a notification of the "Preferred Seller Program". Sellers enter the Seller Center, click the "Preferred Seller" option, and click "Upload ID" to accept and join the Preferred Seller Program. Sellers can also upload their own ID cards and join the Preferred Seller Program through the Preferred Seller page of ShopeeApp.

Remove criteria:

1. Failure to meet the site's preferred seller selection criteria threshold for two consecutive months;

2. The penalty score for the season is >= 3 points;

3. If you sell pirated or infringing goods, and after being notified by Shopee, you fail to provide proof of authenticity within the specified time limit or the proof is insufficient to prove that the goods are authentic, in addition to deleting the goods, the store will also remove the seller's qualification as a preferred seller;

4. If the seller sends purchase links for products on other platforms through chat, once verified, he/she will be removed from the list of preferred sellers.

Becoming a preferred seller on Shopee can make it easier to gain the trust of buyers. It can also increase the weight of products in the store and obtain better rankings. These benefits are enough to make many merchants actively want to obtain this title, but they cannot obtain it if they do not meet the standards.
