Therefore, when a merchant opens a store, in addition to solving the problems of stocking the store and optimizing the decoration, he also needs to handle the shipping of the platform. So how does the platform ship goods? Many people still have some questions about this.

1. Steps for shipping on wish platform

1. Notification: When you log in to the backend, you can also see a red prompt in the menu. This number refers to the number of new/under review or not yet shipped.

2. All orders marked for delivery and pending orders will be displayed in the "Orders" - "Unprocessed" page. You can view order information, contact the user, edit the delivery address and mark operations here. Orders that cannot be shipped within 5 days will be automatically refunded. In the top navigation bar, click Orders > Unprocessed to find new orders.

1. For a single order, find the corresponding order, click the line where the order is located, then click Ship, select the carrier and fill in the number.

Click "Next" to mark the order as shipped. After completion, the user will receive a notification prompting:

(1) The order has been shipped; (2) Logistics information.

2. Manually send multiple single tags

You can also mark multiple orders as "sent". Select the order you want to mark as sent:

Then click "Delivery Selection" on the order processing page. Please make sure that the order number is filled in for all orders and the logistics order number corresponds to the order one by one. When you have completed the filling, click "Deliver All" and you are done!

3.Batch edit multiple orders. For merchants who accept a large number of orders every day, you can batch edit multiple orders to mark them for shipment. Before you start, you need to create a file that contains the order information you are fulfilling.

When you upload the edited file, each column in the file must contain the order and carrier for the order. If you need to fill in more information, you can also add it as the order number information in the corresponding order.

After successfully uploading the file, you need to map the order attributes in the batch edit file to the platform so that they can be correctly identified: you can preview the information of your completed orders in the mapping step. Please repeatedly confirm that all the information displayed is correct in this step. Click the blue prompt to import the file platform.

After submitting the bulk edit file, you can check the upload status in Orders > Completed File Status.

2. What are the precautions for delivery?

●You can only receive the payment if the order is marked as shipped and has a valid order number and service provider information.

●You can manually complete the orders one by one or execute them manually.

●If you already have a system for processing orders, you can also export the information.
