Shopee adjusts overseas warehouse fees in Thailand and Mexico

Shopee announced that it will adjust its overseas warehouse fees in Thailand and Mexico. The relevant rates of Shopee's official overseas warehouses in Thailand will be adjusted from December 1, 2023. Among them, the operating fee items will add "extra-small volume goods" and "operating fee renewal discounts"; the storage fee item "31-60 days in stock" will be adjusted to free rent.

Regarding the "Extra Small Volume Items" in the Shopee Thailand Official Overseas Warehouse Operation Fee Project, the rate for this level is 7 baht per item. The rate for "Operation Fee Subsequent Item Discount" is that in a single order with multiple items shipped out, the original price of the received product operation fee will be reduced by 50% from the second item (if it contains items with different operation levels, the original price will apply to the higher one. In addition, the storage fee item "31-60 days in stock" of Shopee's official overseas warehouse in Mexico has been adjusted to rent-free, and the relevant rates will be adjusted from November 1, 2023. It is worth mentioning that Shopee announced this month that the free shipping (FSS) rate of its official warehouses in Thailand (overseas warehouses, Nanning warehouses) independent stores will be adjusted from November 16, 2023. After this adjustment, new independent store sellers will be able to enjoy a reduction in the free shipping (FSS) service rate in the first three months of opening an independent store. However, the free shipping (FSS) service rate for existing independent store sellers will be the same as other cross-border sellers.

New independent store sellers will be able to enjoy the free shipping service fee reduction in the first three months of opening an independent store. Sellers must be new sellers who have not joined the Thailand official warehouse project (overseas warehouse, Nanning warehouse) in the past 18 months (starting from the time of applying for store opening). In addition, all products in the seller's store must be in stock in the official warehouse.
