How to get a refund on Amazon Japan?

1. Select the Amazon Global Purchase order that needs to be returned in My Orders and click the Return or Exchange button.

2. Select the quantity of returned goods and the reason for return.

3. Confirm the return method and pickup address: The system will prompt you the return shipping fee based on the return reason you choose, and calculate the estimated refund total. Please check the pickup address, and click the Submit button after confirming that it is correct to enter the return application process.

4. Submit customs clearance information: All overseas purchase returns need to be returned to Amazon's overseas warehouse. According to the customs clearance requirements of the Chinese Customs, you need to provide valid ID information for customs clearance. Amazon's authorized carrier ECMS will notify you by email or SMS within 24 hours of your successful return application to upload customs clearance information on the ECMS official website.

5. Arrange door-to-door pickup time: After receiving accurate and valid customs clearance information, ECMS will entrust the delivery person to contact you via the mobile phone number you provided and arrange the door-to-door pickup time. At that time, please keep your phone open.

6. Prepare the return package: Before the deliveryman comes to pick up the goods, please place the return label containing the scan code, product description and quantity together with the returned goods into the packaging box or bag. Note: The deliveryman does not provide any product packaging service.

7. Return shipping fee deduction: You do not need to pay any return shipping fee when the courier picks up the goods at your door. Note: If you return the goods for reasons other than product quality, you will be required to bear the international return fee, which will be deducted directly from your product refund.

8. Waiting for refund: The average time for returned goods to be shipped from China to Amazon's overseas warehouse is 15 working days. We will arrange a refund for you after Amazon's overseas warehouse receives the goods and confirms that the goods meet the return terms. The refund will be returned to your original payment account. The average refund processing time is 3-10 working days (from the time Amazon's overseas warehouse receives the goods and confirms that a refund can be arranged).
