SpeedPAK Australia route toll adjustment notice

As Australia Post has adjusted its parcel delivery charging logic again, from March 1, 2024, the SpeedPAK Australia Standard and Economy service price cards will also be adjusted accordingly. The details are as follows:

1. If the actual weight of the parcel is ≤3kg, the original double-throw charge for the last leg will be cancelled and the charge will be based on the actual weight of the parcel. The price remains unchanged.

2. If the actual weight of the package is 3kg

1) The above prices are quoted in RMB, without adding fuel surcharge; standard service is charged at a minimum of 50g; economy and light services are charged at a minimum of 1g.

2) Initial billing standard:

- If all sides of the package are less than 40cm, the billable weight = actual weight (hereinafter referred to as actual weight).

- If any side of the parcel is ≥40cm, and the volumetric weight is ≤【actual weight*130%】, the billable weight = actual weight; Example 1- If one side of the parcel is ≥40cm, the actual weight is 100g, and the volumetric weight is 120g, the billable weight is 100g.

- If any side of the parcel is ≥40cm and the volumetric weight is greater than [actual weight*130%], an additional weight exceeding 30% of the actual weight will be charged, that is, the billable weight = [actual weight + (volume weight-actual weight*130%)].

Example 2: If one side of the parcel is ≥40cm, the actual weight is 100g, and the volumetric weight is 200g, then the chargeable weight = 100 + (200-100*130%) = 170g;

Note: Volume weight = [length (cm) * width (cm) * height (cm) / 6000], unit: kg

3) Secondary charges:

- Calculation logic for final mileage: If the actual weight of the package is 3KG or less, no secondary charge is required. If the actual weight of the package is more than 3KG, the volumetric weight is calculated based on a 1:4000 bubble factor (volume weight = [length (cm) * width (cm) *

Height (cm)/4000】, unit: kg), the larger of volumetric weight and actual weight shall be the chargeable weight.

- Fee Examples:

a. If the initial charge weight of the parcel is 4KG and the Australian Postal charge weight is 4KG, the secondary charge amount is 0 yuan.

b. If the initial charge weight of the parcel is 5KG and the Australian Post charges 7KG, the second charge amount is 9 yuan.

c. The first charge weight of the parcel is 22KG, and the Australian Post charge weight is 25KG, so the second charge amount is 18.4 yuan.

For packages shipped via SpeedPAK Australia-bound service between February 1 and February 29, a second charge will still be made based on the original last-mile delivery rate. For details on the charges, please see the "eBay Website Announcement".

Once again, we would like to remind sellers that parcels delivered to some cities in Australia using SpeedPAK Economy Service will not be charged for double delivery (accounting for about 50% of all parcels).
