What are Amazon's core keywords? How to choose?

Amazon is a cross-border e-commerce platform that many people are familiar with, because it has been on this platform for many years. So when opening a cross-border e-commerce store, you must make a product details page. What are Amazon's core keywords?

What are Amazon's core keywords?

Core keywords are keywords related to your product. According to the degree of relevance to the product, they can be divided into product keywords, product mid-words, and product long-tail keywords.

1. Product keywords. This type of keyword is basically a category of keywords. For example, if you sell shirts, then the word shirt is a big keyword.

Advantages: High exposure. It can bring a large amount of search volume and target a huge customer base. If your product ranks high, it means your product can bring a lot of exposure.

Disadvantages: Although the big words are related to your own products, they are not accurate enough and the conversion rate will be very low. In addition, there are many sellers under the big words, which means that the CPC bidding for the big words is very high.

Applicable stage: If the product is very mature, with good quality, price, comments and listing weight, increasing the budget and ranking can effectively increase product sales.

2. Words in the product. This type of word adds some popular product attributes. For example, if you sell men's long-sleeved white shirts, then this word is related to your product and attributes.

Advantages: High click-through rate. Because the customer's demand is roughly this kind of shirt, the probability of the customer clicking is very high. Since the added product attributes are also general traditional attributes, which conform to the customer's search habits, the search volume is also relatively large.

Disadvantages: CPC bidding will also be higher.

Applicable stage: mid-term product launch or half a month after the launch of a new product.

3. Product long-tail words. These words are highly matched with your products, for example, you are selling men's long-sleeved cotton business white shirts.

Advantages: High conversion rate. Because customers are targeting this type of product, they are very willing to buy. In addition, these words are very segmented, so there are not many sellers under these words, and the CPC bidding will be very low.

Disadvantages: Due to limited attribute conditions, the search volume for this type of words will be relatively small.

Applicable stage: all stages of the product.

Amazon's core keywords are very important. When you create a product title, the title is composed of long-tail words and short-tail words. The core keywords must also be taken seriously when you use promotion tools.
