eBay expands the scope of its e-return service

In June this year, eBay launched the eBay Free Return Care return protection plan "Rong e Return" service to provide sellers with more return and related protection services.

Now, in order to better serve more sellers, starting from September 23, the "Rong e Refund" service has expanded the scope of protected categories, changing from the original second-level category protection scope to use third-level categories as category subdivisions, which can cover more categories. Among them, home gardening, fashion, and more auto parts categories are included in the protection scope.

The "Rong e Tui" premium subsidy activity for low-unit-price direct mail transactions to the UK is in progress. This subsidy activity will directly provide a 40% discount on the "Rong e Tui" premium for invited sellers' low-unit-price direct mail transactions to the UK that meet the requirements.

"Rong e Return" consists of two parts: "insurance protection" and "return service". For the return refund of insured transactions, 100% of the sales amount is compensated, and free return logistics and return warehouse services are also provided. After the seller accepts the return application initiated by the buyer, the system automatically sends the return delivery note to the buyer, and everything from return logistics to return quality inspection is handled, without the seller having to deal with return logistics and other matters.

After sellers join "Rong e Return", they only need to hand over the returns to "Rong e Return", lock the return costs with a fixed rate in advance, and turn on the free return option on the eBay site to provide buyers with a better shopping experience.

"Rong e Return" is now open to transactions on eBay's nine major sites with delivery addresses in the United States, the United Kingdom, Germany, and Australia, supporting claims for up to 17 reasons for return.
