Generally speaking, after registering a trademark and filing it, if you find that your listing is being copied, you should send a warning email to the copy-seller as soon as possible. Many copy-sellers do it unintentionally, and will delete the listing after receiving the warning email.

As for the sellers who ignore the warning and continue to stubbornly follow the seller, the listing creator can quietly place a Test Order with his own account. During the ordering process, there is no need to make it public. The delivery address can be any local address of the site. 4. Use multiple small accounts to purchase other products from the copycat store in multiple batches, then apply for returns one by one, leave negative reviews (both Feedback and Review), and drag the other party's account into the quagmire.

Evildoers need to be punished by evildoers, but the process of punishment often "hurts the enemy by a thousand and hurts oneself by eight hundred", so what should we do?

The best way to prevent copycat sales is to enter the upstream of the supply chain and make some micro-innovations in product design from the product development stage, such as unique colors and styles. Only when you are unique can you not be copied. Now everyone is clear, right?
