Sellers also need to note that if the order is cancelled in this situation, it will affect the store's order cancellation rate: if the seller does not ship and confirm the order within 30 days of the expected delivery date, Amazon will automatically cancel the order, which will be counted in the seller's order cancellation rate. If the cancellation is made after negotiation with the buyer, it will not be counted in the order cancellation rate.
