Product details must include accurate and detailed information such as size, color, material, shelf life, etc. Product photos can be placed from different angles to help buyers view the product more clearly. If the buyer returns the goods, the seller should communicate with the buyer in a friendly manner, confirm the reason for the return, and then solve the problem based on the specific reason, and try to retain the customer as much as possible.
