Merchants who want to join Shopee must complete the novice tasks after successfully registering a store. After completing the tasks, the platform will arrange for an account manager to connect with them. This is also what we call the incubation period. So is there still a chance after the Shopee incubation period? We all know that new sellers joining Shopee will have a three-month incubation period. This is the official way to help sellers develop better on the platform, select potential sellers who are doing well for the platform, and give them key support. During the incubation period, novice sellers will receive many tasks and must complete them according to the indicators. If the tasks are not completed, there will be no operations manager to connect with you, and the customer service will connect with you instead. In order for Shopee sellers to successfully pass the incubation period, they also need to pay attention to the following requirements: 1: Open stores in at least two sites; 2: At least one store has an ADO (average daily order volume in the graduation month) ≥ 1; 3: Ensure order completion rate The order cancellation rate due to seller reasons must be ≤ 2%; we should try to avoid orders that are automatically canceled by the system due to out-of-stock or slow delivery, and orders that are canceled by buyers due to "seller's responsibility". Orders canceled by sellers = automatic cancellation by the platform (especially cancellation due to late delivery) + manual cancellation by sellers + orders canceled by buyers due to sellers’ responsibility + return and refund orders For example: The number of orders canceled by sellers during the incubation period = 2. At this time, the total number of orders of the seller during the incubation period reaches 100 to meet the graduation criteria. 4: All store historical deductions are less than 3. Historical deductions are calculated as the total deductions since the store was opened and have nothing to do with the system deductions being cleared. Important reminder: Sellers who have not graduated from Shopee’s incubation period will lose the qualification for one-on-one manager docking and the authority to open other sites, and their activity resources will also be affected. Therefore, it is best to graduate successfully during the Shopee incubation period. Of course, it does not mean that you can sit back and relax after graduation, nor does it mean that you will have no opportunities if you do not graduate. In general, if a merchant does not graduate during the incubation period and then passes the Shopee incubation period, there is still a chance. However, it is best for the merchant to graduate smoothly during the incubation period. If not, it will affect the activity resources and other site permissions. |
