The car owner's current request is that Mercedes-Benz officially apologize, compensate 80 yuan as mental damages, and refund the car.

The car owner said that he did not need a refund or three times the compensation, he just wanted an apology and full compensation. If the refund is successful, he will donate all the money to people in need.
