1. How to determine whether a note violates regulations?

1. Does the note have a homepage recommendation?

Xiaohongshu's traffic mainly comes from homepage recommendations and searches, with the discovery page being the core. The peak traffic period is within 72 hours after a note is published.

The traffic distribution of a normal account is that the recommended traffic on the homepage is more than 50%. When a note has no recommended traffic, as shown in Figure 2, it is basically determined that the platform does not like this type of note. There is no system recommendation at all, which is likely to be a violation. To query, click on the upper right corner of the note, then click on data analysis to view (this function can only be enabled if you have 50 fans)

2. Whether the French fries delivery is approved

French Fries is an official distribution tool, similar to Douyin's Doujia. The fact that French Fries has passed the review shows that Xiaohongshu community allows this type of content.

If the potato chips fail to pass the review, it means that the community does not recommend this type of note. Figure 3 is the interface of normal potato chips that can be pushed, and Figure 4 is a screenshot of potato chips that cannot be pushed. It turns out that the small eyes of this note also stop within 100 small eyes.

3. Note the number of small eyes

If the above methods can be used, but the notebook's small eye is less than 500, you can only judge whether it is illegal through physical sensation.

For example, the number of Xiaoyanjing notes used to be over 5,000, but recently the number of notes has remained at 500, or even lower. It is likely that the notes have been downgraded or restricted. If a Xiaohongshu note violates the rules, how can I check it myself? What are the reasons?

2. Reasons for note violations

There are two main types of violations in Xiaohongshu notes: account violations and note violations. Let's talk about the account first. The account is the foundation. When an account is restricted, all the notes posted afterwards will be useless.

As shown in the figure below, the customer in the clothing category previously directed traffic to WeChat, but with the platform's control over private message traffic, the account also faces traffic restrictions, and the number of likes and comments on the notes posted is in the single digit, which is seriously inconsistent with the account with nearly 800,000 followers.

1. Reasons for account violations

1. Account violation: Account violations will receive background violation reminders, or previous notes or account violation reminders. The entire account will be restricted or even blocked, and the posted notes cannot be found.

2. Mobile devices are blacklisted. Some second-hand customers have the risk of selling counterfeit goods, and their devices will naturally be restricted. The following figure shows the rhythm of the device being blacklisted;

3. If the posting frequency is too high, more than 10 notes a day, and the pictures and texts are repeated, the account can easily be judged as plagiarism and the account will be labeled as marketing.

4. Illegal contact information Merchants leave WeChat and phone numbers in the profile, top notes, my moments, etc. The platform currently strictly controls off-site traffic diversion. Once reported by competitors, the account can easily be labeled as illegal. ‍‍‍‍‍‍‍‍‍‍‍‍‍‍‍‍‍PS: Email addresses are allowed in personal profiles, and Weibo can use homophones and words to guide.

2. Reasons for note violations

1. Poor quality notes, such as freckle removal, acne skin, cover superstition, medical beauty, Tik Tok watermarks, etc., are likely to cause violations

2. Notes are suspected of marketing

① The blogger accepted too many advertisements but did not write a statement of interest, and chose to post content directly many times, so the account was judged as a marketing account;

② The notes contain a large number of terms that are suspected to be advertisements. It is also undesirable to introduce only one product in a note or to pile up a large number of keywords in the article.

3. The notes are not creative enough. For example, there are too many clothes on Xiaohongshu, and there are a lot of related type notes. When you take notes, they are of the same type and not creative enough, you will also face the risk of not being included.

4. Non-original notes that are copied or plagiarized and have watermarks will also be considered violations by the platform. As a sharing community, Xiaohongshu insists on pushing original notes.

5. The notes contain sensitive advertising words or marketing words such as "full effect", "top", "stop loss", "natural", etc. If sensitive words are implanted excessively, it will also affect the traffic; ‍‍‍‍‍‍‍‍ Here is a list of high-risk advertising words on Xiaohongshu for self-checking. If you need this list, you can reply "advertising review" on the WeChat public account. Regarding self-checking of notes, you can go to Lingke to check the words, copy the notes you wrote into it, and see if there are any banned words.

6. Modify notes multiple times after publishing. Try not to modify the notes after they are published. The notes will be reviewed again after modification. The second review may easily lead to flow restriction or even loss of inclusion.

3. What should I do if my notes violate regulations?

Follow the background prompts to make changes and reductions, and stick to the originality. If you continue to violate the rules, you can directly provide feedback.

1. Add original content

Originality is the core value of the Xiaohongshu community. The most important principle of the community is order. Only originality can make the entire ecosystem grow. Original content that can arouse interaction will be more recommended by the platform.

2. Note complaint handling

If the note is still not included after being resent, you can provide feedback. First, take a screenshot of the problem note, then go to the Xiaohongshu app - Me - Help and Customer Service in the upper left corner - Feedback - Photograph and Publish - Notes cannot be searched, others cannot see them, and finally submit and wait for feedback.
