5. Logistics Query: Users can view logistics information on the order details page. Merchants can also query logistics information through the logistics query function provided by the platform and handle order abnormalities in a timely manner.

6. Order completed: The logistics company confirms that the order has been delivered, and the merchant also confirms that the user has received the goods, and the order is completed.

2. How to ship wish orders?

Step 1: Enter the Wish merchant backend, click "Account -> Shipping Settings", and then select "Deliver to the United States only" or "Deliver to selected countries/regions". You also need to set the shipping fee. Next to the country/region you want to edit, select "Use country/region shipping fee" and enter the corresponding shipping fee amount.

Step 2: After setting up, find "Orders" at the top, then find "Unprocessed" orders, and then mark them for shipment;

Step 3: Find the corresponding order, click the action button on the far right of the row where the order is located, and then click Ship. You can also mark multiple unshipped orders at the same time, or ship in batches through a CSV file. After submitting, Wish shipping is completed.
