In international freight forwarding, the "double clearance" of "double clearance and tax included" refers to customs clearance (customs declaration) in the exporting country and customs clearance in the destination country; "tax included" refers to the tariffs and other taxes when clearing customs in the destination country. The freight forwarder quotes a total price to the shipper, which includes all fees such as export customs declaration, import customs clearance in the destination country and tariffs.
