The specific adjustments are as follows: If the buyer chooses the return logistics method of "seller arranges on his own", the seller's processing time limit is 7 days (including holidays); the seller must complete the collection and acceptance of the goods within 7 days (including holidays) after the buyer applies to use "seller arranges on his own", and respond in the seller center to agree to the refund or raise a dispute. If the seller does not respond within 7 days, the system will assume that the returned product is correct and refund the buyer; if the product cannot be collected and inspected within the time limit, or if the buyer wants to reduce the number of buyers, select "Seller arranges it yourself". The processing time limit for other return logistics (7-11 convenience stores, Black Cat Delivery, etc.) remains unchanged. In addition, in order to provide users with the best product browsing and shopping experience and maintain a fair competition environment for sellers, sellers shall not guide buyers to place orders for specified quantities in product information, and product prices must be set in accordance with the actual packaging units sold, so as to avoid the suspicion of creating false sales and thus affecting the product search ranking results. If a seller's store is found to have any of the following two violations, Shopee will delete or temporarily remove the product from the shelves starting from March 1, 2023: Shopee reminds sellers that when reviewing products, they will still check the product editing history to confirm whether there are any price adjustments. If there are any violations, Shopee will ban the product. If necessary, you can set a minimum purchase quantity or multiple-item discount. To prevent products from being banned due to violations such as directing buyers to place orders for a specified quantity, stores can make adjustments according to Shopee's recommendations if they have the following situations: If it is a live ordering area or an exclusive store, it is recommended to mark "live sales" or "exclusive store" in the product name. Such products cannot be searched on the platform and can only be viewed through product links or in the store. They will not be regulated or banned; If the product contains bulk options and set options, it is recommended that you open a separate product page for the set options to avoid being banned/deleted due to guiding buyers to place orders for a specific quantity. From now until February 28, 2023 is the advocacy period. Shopee will not take the initiative to remove products from the shelves. Sellers are requested to delete the products or remove the order quantity information according to the violations to avoid being scored after the official launch. |
