Cross-border e-commerce uses the Internet to describe and trade goods, so you cannot touch the goods in person before purchasing them, and therefore cannot fully perceive the quality of the goods.

3. Anonymity

Transactions on cross-border e-commerce often do not display the consumer's real identity and geographic location, so it is equivalent to everyone being able to conduct anonymous transactions, and the seller does not know the buyer's real identity.

4. Immediacy

With the development of the Internet, online transactions are now often instant transactions and can be completed immediately.
