I can understand the buyer's urgent mood of having no money to eat and waiting for dozens of dollars of life-saving money, so I immediately went to verify with the warehouse manager and asked if there were any problems with the goods and whether they had been used. The warehouse manager said, "I'll check for you." After checking for a long time, the manager replied that the warehouse had not received the return. I was puzzled. How could this be possible? The logistics information clearly showed that it had been signed for. The warehouse checked again and it was indeed not received. Later I found the clue. The buyer's return address was in another city, not the one we gave him. I guess he sent it to his friend, so I rejected it and said he had not received the goods. But he denied it and said he had clearly signed for it. We rejected it and provided proof of the delivery address. The system also supported our proof and the matter was over. If we encounter a careless manufacturer, the order will most likely be refunded because the return logistics does show that it has been signed for . 2. Case 2 of the "cheater" group: Returning watered-down merchandiseIf you don't do e-commerce, you will never imagine how hateful some people are. Among the products I sell is makeup remover, and those who have used makeup remover know that it looks like water, colorless and transparent. Because of this feature, I was targeted by the wool party . A buyer bought a bottle of makeup remover from me and applied for a return and refund within 7 days after receiving the product. I thought that since it had not been used for less than 7 days, he probably did not want it anymore, so a return and refund should be no problem. Based on the habit of completing the process, I planned to arrange a refund after receiving the product. However, when the warehouse manager checked the product, he found a little abnormality. The bottle cap of this product is not sealed. When we received the product, we found nothing unusual and put it into the warehouse. However, we found some stains on the bottle, which did not seem to be stuck during transportation, but seemed to have been soaked. So the warehouse manager used the most primitive method to test and found that the returned makeup remover was replaced with tap water. How could this be possible ? I immediately rejected the refund, saying that the product was replaced and returned filled with water. The person was still stubborn and asked me to provide evidence. F**k, I really can't tell from the unboxing video whether it is water or makeup remover. Regardless of that, we continued to reject the case, probably because this person was a repeat offender with a bad record. After the rejection, the system also supported our after-sales order, and in the end, this person didn’t get any prostitution. 3. Case 3 of the wool party: Say it is fake and return the moneyI still have a deep impression of this order. Why? Because the development cycle of this order lasted for half a year. Let me tell you the whole story in detail. This buyer bought a bottle of shampoo, which cost only over 30 yuan. Less than a month after placing the order, the buyer came to me and said that he had dandruff after using the shampoo and wanted a refund. I said it was a change of season and it was normal to have dandruff, so I would try using it for a few more days. The person then said that he had no problems using this brand before, but he had dandruff after using ours, which was fake, and he wanted a refund. I laughed. I can accept that you said the experience was not good. After all, everyone has it. Some people like to eat shit, and I don't think it's strange . But when this person saw that I didn't agree to just refund, he brought up the excuse that the goods were fake. I bought the goods from the brand, and I have the invoices and everything. Are you afraid that you will use the excuse of fake goods to get away with it? So he rejected the refund. The person applied for the platform to intervene. As we all know, the platform’s tone is that this time they did not just refund the money, but changed it to return and refund. In theory, if you really think the product is not good, it is not a loss to return and refund. However, this person cancelled the after-sales service and applied for a refund only. Isn't it obvious that he wants to end the game without paying? I continued to reject it, and the platform continued to change it to a return and refund. This person continued to cancel and apply for a refund only. Each after-sales work order takes about two weeks, and it has been going on like this for half a year. I feel that I have wasted too much energy for 30 yuan. If I had spent the time on after- sales work on making the main picture, I might have earned much more than 30 yuan. Case 4 of the Wool Party: Refund if you have an allergyI sell skin care products, and one of the characteristics of skin care products is that they may cause allergies. If the reason for the after-sales order is allergy, the platform is likely to support the buyer's request and would rather return the wrong product than miss it. As a result, there are many people who make up the numbers and lie about allergies to get free products . The order was for 3 boxes of facial masks from a well-known brand. If there is an allergic reaction, the probability is extremely low. And then, for such a product, a buyer said he was allergic and applied for a refund. I asked her, since she was allergic, the other two boxes could not be used, and suggested returning them for a refund. She said that all three boxes were used up. F**k, if you were allergic, you could actually use them all up, you really did a disservice to your ugly old face. I definitely disagreed, so I asked the other party to provide evidence of allergies, and that person actually provided photos of his face with allergies. I have been working on Pinduoduo for so long, and I have seen all kinds of tricks. Finding pictures online to pretend to have allergies is a basic trick for those who take advantage of the situation. I took out my phone and scanned the original image online. What's more interesting is that the person downloaded the allergy picture from a book without even removing the blogger's watermark. Then I sent her a screenshot of the online picture and asked her if she downloaded it from here. Although I couldn't see her expression, I could still imagine her embarrassed face.
