Notice of Adjustment of Shopee’s Free Collection Time

In order to help Shopee sellers improve the delivery speed of packages and thus enhance the competitiveness of sellers, Shopee platform will gradually postpone the free door-to-door collection time for each delivery area from March 18, 2024 (Beijing time). The final door-to-door collection adjustment time for each delivery area is based on the notification time of the collection driver in the delivery area and the actual door-to-door time. Sellers are requested to adjust the packaging time according to the changes in the collection time to ensure that more orders can be shipped faster.

Shopee can provide free door-to-door pickup service (SPS) if the seller meets the following conditions:

1. Sellers in South China (Shenzhen, Dongguan, Guangzhou, etc.) whose average daily order volume of SLS completed orders is 80 or more

Sellers in East China (including Fujian) whose average daily order volume with SLS is 50 or more;

2. Sellers need to use the first-mile tracking function for all orders, and the seller's overall average delivery time to the warehouse last month

(APT) takes <= 2 days (the calculation standard of average delivery to warehouse time is updated to: from order generation to scanning by the first-kilometer pickup driver);

3. The seller’s overall pre-order percentage (Pre-order%) must be less than or equal to 10%;

4. The ratio of stores with penalty points of ≥ 4 points in the previous month to the total number of stores of the seller (PP%) must meet the following standards:

If the seller's performance meets certain conditions and the shipping address falls within the range that Shopee can pick up, Shopee can provide free door-to-door pickup service.

*Note: For sellers who fail to meet the requirements, the platform will recommend cargo collection service providers that have cooperated with the platform to all sellers. Sellers can enjoy cheaper and higher-quality cargo collection services than those on the market.
