A: You must create new original packaging ASINs one by one. You can provide single original packaging shipments according to the total requested quantity, or you can provide multiple original packaging shipments (totaling to the total requested quantity).

For example:

If a buyer wants to purchase 1500 widgets, you can create a box of 30 units so the buyer can purchase 50 boxes, or create a box of 1500 units.

Q2: Which shipping template should I use for my custom quote?

A: You must create an additional shipping template that includes the free shipping option. Do not enable 2-day shipping options for buyers on a shipping template for custom quote requests.

Q3: How do I update the email address for receiving notifications?

A: You can update your email address via the Change Email Preferences link in the upper right corner of the Requests for items you sell tab. The Change Email Preferences link will take you to the Notifications page where you can edit your email settings for Manage Quotes email notifications.

Q4: Why do I see duplicate buyer requests on the Manage Quotes page?

A: If you have multiple SKUs for the same ASIN, you may see multiple requests from the same buyer.

Q5: Will my existing quantity discounts apply to buyers who send me new requests?

A: Yes. Your existing discount applies to all Amazon business buyers. However, if you want to better meet buyers' requests, you can update your discount through the Manage Quotes page.
