Bluetooth products (such as wireless mouse, Bluetooth headset, Bluetooth speaker), smart wearable devices, wireless communication products (such as radio, remote control, router, TV set-top box); h. Child seats, car safety seats, strollers, strong magnetic products (such as speakers, microphones); i. Animal and plant products that are restricted by the Washington Convention or require animal and plant quarantine certificates; j. Live products that are accidentally turned on during transportation and cause light, heat, or sound; k. Gambling-related products (such as mahjong, playing cards, dice, etc.), all books and publications; 1. Infringement and unauthorized products. Unless the seller can provide the Chinese Customs intellectual property registration certificate, the destination country or region customs intellectual property registration certificate, and the brand owner's destination market sales authorization, the goods will be detained by the customs, and the resulting fines and fees will be borne by the seller. m. For other special category restrictions, please refer to the platform policy. The above is the list of products that Shopee Taiwan prohibits from selling. Therefore, if merchants want to open a Taiwan site, they must be extra cautious in selecting products and not violate the restricted areas.
