Immediate cancellation occurs within 24 hours after the order has been paid/passed the cash on delivery review, and the order number has not been applied for/logistics tracking code has not been entered on the Shopee system 2. The seller accepts cancellation Once the buyer presses the cancel order button, the Shopee system will notify the seller, and the seller must respond whether to accept the cancellation of the order. The seller accepts the cancellation after the order has been paid/passed the cash on delivery review 24 hours later, or the order number has been applied for/the logistics tracking code has been entered on the Shopee system, and the goods have not yet been shipped. If you accept the buyer's request, the Shopee system will cancel the order immediately If you reject the buyer's request, the order will return to the "pending shipment" status and the seller can continue to ship the order. If Shopee customers want to cancel an order, they can communicate with the merchant and cancel the order by themselves before shipment through the chat function, so that no additional money will be deducted.
