1. How does Shopee deliver goods?

1. Self-delivery

That is, the seller contacts the logistics company to send the goods to the buyer's delivery address. The choices are also quite diverse and flexible. For large products, you can choose sea transportation, and for small products, you can choose small package service, which can better control the transportation cost.

However, because it is shipped from domestic sources, the delivery time is relatively slow and the guarantee is relatively low.

2. SLS

That is, Shopee’s self-built logistics channel. Sellers must first transport the products to Shopee’s warehouse in the country, and then Shopee will transport the goods to the destination, and then package and mark the product SKU before putting it into storage.

SLS is cheaper than international express and dedicated line transportation, and it is more reliable. For example, it can arrive in Malaysia in as fast as 5 days. However, you must package the products according to Shopee's requirements before you can send them.

2. Shopee delivery process:

After the Shopee seller ships the goods, they still need to go to the seller center backend to perform relevant operations to truly complete the shipment:

1. Log in to the Shopee Seller Center, click "To Ship" in the top menu bar, find the order to be shipped, and click "Arrange Shipment" on the right.

2. A pop-up window will appear. Click “Print Way bill” to print out the express waybill number, paste it on the package, and then arrange to have it sent to Shopee’s domestic warehouse.

3. After the Shopee warehouse receives the goods, it will scan them and the status of the goods will change to "Shipping". Then you can wait for the seller to receive the goods.

If you open a store on the Shopee platform, there are two ways of delivery. One is self-delivery, and the other is SLS delivery, which is Shopee’s self-built logistics channel. This is more secure and much cheaper than dedicated line delivery.
