From my current experience, most novice sellers have the current ability to sell in large categories. They can get orders intermittently in the early stage of opening a store, but how can they make money with just a few orders a month? And more sellers are likely to become cannon fodder due to lack of Shopee operation experience. Of course, some sellers can get a share of the hot-selling categories in large categories, and the experience and fees you pay may be several times that of other categories. Although some unpopular categories and some small categories are not very popular, they can still make high profits as long as they are done well. And with the ability and funds of most novice sellers, they can only develop more easily by getting involved in this type of products where competition is not fierce.

Crowd positioning is very important in today's e-commerce industry. If you don't position your crowd well before making a product or don't have this concept at all, and just blindly launch products, promote, and find traffic, the consequence is that the more you do, the faster you die. Just imagine, the same dress, why can some be sold for dozens of yuan, while others can be sold for thousands of yuan. Moreover, in today's personalized era, if the store or product crowd positioning is not accurate, it means that the traffic provided by Taobao will not be accurate in the future, and the conversion rate will inevitably be very poor, and it will be too late to cry.

The ability to view data is also very important. The data to be viewed includes main picture data, detail data, product data, customer data, market data, promotion data, etc. As an operator, you must not only understand the meaning of the data, but also understand its application significance. Because the data often reflects the problems in all aspects of the store, and what the operator needs to do is to summarize the observation data and draw conclusions based on the data to provide support for the next step of optimization solutions. For example, the stay time on the details page is too long or too short. At this time, you need to find the problem with the details page. It may be that the content is boring and not attractive enough, or the details page may not better display the relevant information of the product, so that customers cannot understand the product in a suitable time. Then, you can optimize the data by optimizing the details page.

Of course, keyword optimization is only one of the methods to increase the traffic of Shopee products. There are other ways, such as joining Shopee Preferred Sellers, participating in various official Shopee activities, and Shopee Taiwan’s Shopee group buying and Shopee live broadcasts, which can bring huge views to the products.
