WeChat Store opens three new cooperation channels

WeChat Stores recently launched a new feature, "Product Sharing", which provides merchants with a wider sales channel and more efficient product exposure opportunities. This article introduces how to use this new feature, including how to bind a partner account, how to share products through service accounts and subscription accounts, and how to use the newly launched data dashboard to monitor the performance of partner accounts.

Recently, WeChat Store launched a new feature called "Product Sharing"! This means that merchants can let more people help them sell goods!

The official announcement stated, "In order to help WeChat store merchants improve their product sharing capabilities and help them operate better, the platform has added new cooperative accounts and product selection/sharing management functions in various channels."

Specifically, the platform has introduced a "cooperative account" function for merchants. Merchants can enter "cooperative accounts" through three channels: mini programs, service accounts, and subscription accounts. In addition, merchants can bind up to 100 cooperative accounts in a single channel, greatly expanding the possibility of product exposure.

It is worth mentioning that more than a month ago, the number of sharers in a single WeChat store dropped sharply from 20,000 to 10, which made many merchants "panic". At that time, Jianshi asked relevant people and learned that the product capabilities of "Store Sharer" will have major upgrades and iterations.

So how do merchants bind cooperative accounts? The binding methods and processes of mini programs, service accounts, and subscription accounts can be operated according to the instructions in the figure below. Taking the service account and public account as an example, the cooperative account can pull the products of the "cooperative store" through the "WeChat Store" product pull-up entrance at the article operation entrance, and choose to add products to the article, public account menu, and automatic reply.

On the mini program side, you can use the API to pull product and order details, and choose to add the store homepage and product native components to the mini program.

It is worth mentioning that when the cooperative account successfully completes the transaction, the merchant can also view and manage these orders in real time in the background "Order List". The merchant's "Order List" has added a "cooperative account" order display function, which can greatly improve the merchant's operating efficiency.

Operation path: Use the administrator account to scan the QR code to log in to the WeChat store backend > Click [Cooperation Account Data] in the [Shop Data] column > Enter the [Cooperation Account Data] interface and select the data you need to download.
