First, after the buyer dispute is opened, the system ruling during the agreement period is adjusted from the original "<= US$500" to "unlimited amount". When the seller agrees to the system ruling, please pay attention to the order status.

Second, after an agreement dispute is initiated, the system will determine whether it meets the system's ruling conditions based on the reason for initiating the dispute; the reasons that meet the system's ruling conditions are false order numbers, goods not received, and goods that do not match the description (excluding unconditional returns).

In addition, Dunhuang.com recently released a notice on the optimization of the attributes of the home core category. Recently, the home and garden core industry has optimized the attributes and attribute values ​​of some key categories, including adding new attributes and attribute values, and has achieved some results.

Now, if we increase the traffic on attribute optimization and provide more specific scene information for reference, please optimize and add new products according to the core attributes of the category. Try to supplement and improve the key attributes and high-profile scene attributes to avoid incorrect/random filling of attribute value information and the situation where attribute values ​​​​do not correspond to attribute information. Dunhuang.com said it had received complaints from relevant brands that some sellers’ products infringed the intellectual property rights of the following brands: Mizzou, Manolo Blahnik, Jeeter, on, and Faure Le Page Paris. Sellers are requested to conduct self-inspections of their store’s product information (including removed products). If unauthorized, please delete the relevant products immediately.

The platform will strictly monitor and severely crack down on intellectual property infringement. Sellers are requested to conduct self-inspections in a timely manner to ensure that all products in the store do not infringe intellectual property rights.

If the seller's account is found to have infringed upon copyright during the monitoring or review process, the platform will impose penalties in accordance with the relevant rules of the "Dunhuang.com Seller Violation Management Rules". For serious violations, the platform will directly impose penalties such as account closure.
