From January 21 to January 23 (working hours 9:00-18:00), the warehouse will only receive goods (delivery by sellers themselves, express delivery, Huolala, etc.) and will not do any warehousing; normal operations will resume on January 24. The Shanghai warehouse and Quanzhou warehouse are open all year round; the Hong Kong warehouse will stop accepting goods at 16:00 on January 21st, and will suspend services from January 22nd (the first day of the Lunar New Year) to January 25th (the fourth day of the Lunar New Year); normal operations will resume on January 26th. It should be noted that the overall delivery time of SLS may be affected during the Spring Festival. In terms of the overall delivery time of SLS air transport channels, the delivery time of goods arriving at Southeast Asian stations (Singapore, Malaysia, Thailand, Philippines, Vietnam, Indonesia) and Taiwan Shopee warehouses during the Spring Festival is expected to be delayed by about 3-4 days; The delivery time of goods arriving at the Latin American sites (Brazil, Mexico, Chile, and Colombia) and European sites (Poland) during the Spring Festival is expected to be delayed by about 4-5 days. In terms of the overall time impact of the SLS shipping channel, the delivery time of goods arriving at the Singapore, Malaysia, Philippines and Shopee Taiwan warehouses during the Spring Festival is expected to be delayed by about 4-7 days. In terms of logistics timeliness and pre-sale exemptions, the Shopee platform will exempt sellers from logistics timeliness during the Spring Festival statutory holidays from January 21, 2023 to January 27, 2023. The logistics timeliness exemption is only for working days set by DTS, and there is no logistics timeliness exemption on natural days. Regarding the exemption of the quantity limit for pre-sale goods, from January 16, 2023 to February 3, 2023, if the proportion and number of pre-sale goods in the seller's store exceed the limit, there will be no penalty. The limit on the number of pre-sale goods will be restored from February 4, 2023, so sellers are advised to make timely adjustments. Regarding the extension of the processing time for return and refund requests, if a buyer makes a return and refund request during the 2023 Spring Festival, the automatic processing time will be extended if the seller who has not entered the new return and refund process does not respond within the time limit. It should be noted that sellers who have not entered the new return and refund process refer to all sellers on all the above-mentioned sites. If a buyer requests a return or refund during the 2023 Spring Festival, the time limit for sellers who have entered the new return and refund process to file an online dispute regarding the return and refund results determined by the Shopee platform will be extended. Please note that if the seller does not initiate a dispute regarding the return and refund results online within the specified time, the dispute will not be able to be raised again. Regarding the time limit for handling penalty appeals, all penalty appeal applications submitted through Shopee customer service between January 20, 2023 and January 26, 2023 will be uniformly processed and approved on January 31, 2023. In addition, during the Spring Festival statutory holiday from January 21, 2023 to January 27, 2023, the entry review department, open platform review department and store review department will suspend the review. Developers or sellers can submit preliminary review or revised review materials as usual during the holiday period, and the review will be resumed from January 28, 2023 in the order of submission of materials. |
