The golden National Day week is coming soon. In order to allow Dunhuang.com merchants to better arrange holidays during the National Day, the platform has adjusted some of its businesses. The following are the details of the business adjustments.

1. Stocking period: October 1, 2022 - October 7, 2022. The stocking period is not calculated during this period, and the stocking period starts from October 8, 2022. Starting from March 2022, the "Seller Assessment Rules" will officially begin to implement assessment penalties. Among them, the passing standard for the logistics assessment sub-item "average delivery time" from March to May will be adjusted from "≤8 natural days" to "≤12 natural days".

2. Settlement business: Due to the adjustment of bank business processing time, the settlement of US dollars and RMB will be suspended from October 1 to October 7, 2022. It will resume normal from October 8, 2022. We apologize for the inconvenience caused to you.

3. Dunhuang.com Seller Customer Service: During the National Day holiday, the online customer service will still be available for 9 hours (9:00-18:00). During this period, if any seller needs help, they can also log in to the seller backend and use the online customer service or online message service.

4. Product review: Product review services will continue as normal during the National Day holiday.

5. Dispute business: Dispute cases will be handled normally during the National Day holiday. The processing and response of some cases will be delayed. Sellers are requested to pay attention to disputed orders in a timely manner and cooperate with the dispute specialist to provide relevant information to protect your rights and interests in the order.

If there are sellers who need help, they can log in to the seller backend and use the online customer service or online message service. It will return to normal from October 8, 2022.

1) Due to differences in regions and customs between buyers and sellers, buyers will still consult you during the National Day holiday to understand the problems in the order. In order to reduce the impact of disputes initiated by buyers on your store, sellers are requested to maintain smooth communication with buyers while enjoying the warm holiday!

2) For orders that need to be stocked in the near future, please set a reasonable stocking period and communicate and maintain good relations with buyers during the transaction process to avoid adverse effects such as refunds due to orders not being shipped after the stocking period, and disputes arising from buyers’ lack of feedback. Strive for smooth and successful transactions to add icing on the cake for your business.
