How does Shopee Logistics deliver goods?

Shopee delivery process:

After the Shopee seller ships the goods, they still need to go to the seller center backend to perform relevant operations to truly complete the shipment:

1. Log in to the Shopee Seller Center, click "To Ship" in the top menu bar, find the order to be shipped, and click "Arrange Shipment" on the right;

2. A pop-up window will appear. Click “Print Way bill” to print out the express waybill number, paste it on the package, and then arrange to have it sent to Shopee’s domestic warehouse.

3. After the Shopee warehouse receives the goods, it will scan them and the status of the goods will change to "Shipping". Then you can wait for the seller to receive the goods.

Shopee delivery time limit:

When uploading products, you can choose whether the product will be shipped within 2 days or more than 7 days; if you choose more than 7 days, then your product is a pre-order product, and the words "Pre-order product" will be displayed on the product page.

Currently, the platform only supports these two options. Many merchants think that choosing a longer delivery time is better and is conducive to domestic delivery. However, you need to consider the buyer's experience more. If your delivery time is too long and the logistics is not timely, it is very likely that buyers will be unwilling to buy; so everyone should make choices based on actual conditions.

Note:

1. If the seller's delivery does not meet the platform requirements, the courier will be returned;

2. If the seller fails to ship the goods within 3 days, the order will be directly cancelled by the system;

3. If the package has not been scanned and put into the warehouse for more than 2 days, the order is still in the "pending shipment" status and will be counted as late shipment by the system, but the order will still be valid.

4. To use YTO to ship to Shopee warehouse, you need to first send the package to YTO warehouse and then transport it to Shopee warehouse.

There are so many ways to choose from for shipping on the Shopee platform. You can choose according to the actual situation of your store. In addition, if your store is the kind that does consignment shipping, you don’t need to take care of the shipping issue yourself.
