4. If the buyer pays by COD, he needs to contact HK PSC and not ship the goods himself;

6. When shipping multiple items from one order, make sure to use different packages and different logistics labels.

7. If there are any problems with product delivery, the seller cannot contact the buyer privately to resolve the issue. The seller needs to contact HK PSC to write a resolution to the problem.
