How to arrange delivery after placing an order on Shopee? Steps

Some novice sellers who are new to cross-border e-commerce want to start with the Shopee platform, but after all, they have never been exposed to it before, so there are many unfamiliar places and they are worried about some problems. So they want to ask in advance how to arrange delivery after Shopee places an order?

When an order is placed, the goods need to be shipped to the buyer. The logistics supported by each Shopee site are different. For the Taiwan site, Taiwan supports more logistics than other sites.

Shopee's own channels, SLS, YTO, and SF Express, also provide two methods of delivery: home delivery and store delivery. Home delivery is completed by SF Express and Black Cat Delivery in Taiwan. In-store delivery is to send products to 7-11 convenience stores or FamilyMart convenience stores for buyers to pick up. If the first home delivery is unsuccessful, a second free delivery will be made within seven days. For in-store delivery, please pay attention to the packaging of the products.

What should I pay attention to when shipping from Shopee?

The packaging bag cannot be transparent. If it is sent to multiple stations together, the code of the corresponding station must be marked. Also, our delivery label cannot be folded and must be clear and scannable.

Shopee has four transit warehouses in our country, in Shanghai, Shenzhen, Yiwu and Quanzhou. It is recommended that you check Shopee's official logistics when choosing logistics, so that you can enjoy freight subsidies.

Different orders from the same store cannot be combined into one package for shipment, because one order corresponds to an international logistics order number. If two orders are combined into one package, one of the orders will lack logistics information and will be regarded as unshipped by the system, which will affect the seller's delivery completion rate. Therefore, different orders from the same buyer cannot be combined into one package for shipment.

Similarly, products from the same order cannot be packaged separately, otherwise they will be counted as abnormal items.

Regarding the issue of delivery time, everyone must make sure to understand the delivery time. DTS is the stocking time. The stocking time is the time it takes for the customer to place an order and pay for the order, and then the store to send the product to Shopee's transit warehouse for scanning. To put it simply, it is the number of days from the store's order being changed from unshipped to being in transit. This stocking time only counts working days, and rest days are not included.

Please note that if the order is within DTS+2 and has not been scanned at Shopee's transit warehouse, it will be regarded as a late delivery order by the system, affecting the seller's late delivery rate.

If the merchant does not click to ship within DTS+2, or the order is not scanned at the warehouse within DTS+4, the order will be automatically canceled by the system. This will not only affect the delivery completion rate but also be scored. 2 and 4 are both natural days.

Definition and handling of exceptions

1. The warehouse opens the outer transport bag and finds the small packages inside:

A. No international waybill (no header); warehouse destroyed

B. Damaged packaging; return regularly

2. For small packages, label issues:

C. Barcode and font are not clear; regular return

D. The barcode is printed too small and cannot be scanned; return it regularly

E. Barcode and font are not clear; return regularly

3. One delivery note is posted multiple times:

The warehouse receives two or more packages and uses one logistics tracking number; regular returns

Note: Products in the same order can only be packed together, and one label can only be attached to one package

4. Logistics channel error [sent to the wrong warehouse point]:

Send parcels from other channels (such as Malaysia SLS) to YTO warehouse; warehouse destruction

5. The size and weight of the shipment do not meet the requirements [Super Material]

Exceeding the limit requirements, including due to crushing during transportation; regular returns

Finally, if the goods are not shipped within these two delivery times and the order does not become "shipped", it will be considered delayed shipment and will be included in the seller's delayed shipment rate; at the same time, the order will be automatically canceled by the platform and included in the uncompleted order rate.

In addition to this delivery method, there are many other delivery channels.
